This may surprise you, but many of the journals we link to on The Tsetse Files also have connected podcasts so that can keep up to date with medical and science matters whilst on the move.
Free Medical Podcasts is a portal collecting together a handy collection of links to these downloads from the likes of Nature, Emerging Infectious diseases and the WHO.
It's part of a small network of websites that also includes free access to some journals and books, run by an organisation called Flying Publishing advovating the free dissemination of medical information.
