UNODC report on human trafficking exposes modern form of slavery

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime have published a report which describes how behaviors, akin to a kind of modern slavery are still an endemic global problem, which could be effecting 155 countries.

According to their press release the study highlights "trafficking patterns; legal steps taken in response; and country-specific information on reported cases of trafficking in persons, victims, and prosecutions."
